- Who is Kristen? Kristen is a Marketing Communications professional. She graduated last year from the Monterey Institute of International Studies with an MBA focused in International Marketing. She is currently looking for a position in Marketing Communications or Public Relations. (She also occasionally talks about herself in the third-person.) What can I expect to find in this blog? This blog is meant to be a slice of my public life. It will contain posts about my professional life as well as my hobbies, passions and the occasional personal post. Why call the blog “Reflections on Japan?” My time living in Japan was a huge influence on the person I am now. To me it has come to symbolize change; often confusing, sometimes painful, but always wonderful.
